1 pound white candy coating, coarsley chopped
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts or pistachios, toasted

DIRECTIONS
In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt candy coating at 70% power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Spread onto waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Break into small pieces; store in airtight containers.

This recipe was tested in a 1,100-watt microwave.

So simple and easy! It was a hit with all my family members! It is very festive for Christmas when you use Pistachios like I did. I couldn't find white candy coating, so I used vanilla flavored white chocolate. I was worried about it burning when I was melting it in the microwave, so I did it ad 10-15 second intervals.

I used toasted almond bits. Super quick and easy. Comes out really pretty, if you spinkle a few of the nuts and cranberry on top, while it is still soft.
