INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound white confectioners' coating, cut into pieces
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) jar macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a saucepan, melt candy coating in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth. Add nuts and cranberries; mix well. Spread onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Cool. Break into pieces.

We all thought this was a great tasting treat! So easy to make.This will be one that goes out as gifts this year!

This was a huge hit, easy and delicious. I used white chocolate chips instead, awesome. The only negative is it doesn't make enough, double it at least!
