I have made this cake for several years and it is wonderful, you can entertain with it or just for family. My daughter is NOT a cranberry fan, but after trying a small bite of this cake, she has requested it to be part of our Thanksgiving tradition. Two thumbs up on this one.

Wonderful dessert...I will be making this at Christmas time! I made this cake for a church function and got rave reviews. Only thing I did differently was to put it in a 9x13 cake pan...easier for slicing at the church...thanks for the great recipe...it's a keeper!

Completely refreshing and yummy. The only thing I did differently was add 1 cup of chopped walnuts to my frosting instead of to the cake. Whipped those in and then still added some finely chopped walnuts to the top. The fresh orange zest is the key in my opinion and gives this cake that something special! Thank you for sharing.

Fantastic! Absoultely wonderful with fresh cranberries!!! The orange was a little overpowering, so I would use less; or maybe only put it in the frosting, but otherwise a delicious cake and easy to make!!!

I made this cake for a Christmas party, and it was a big hit - the only dessert to be completely devoured by party's end! I usually only make desserts from scratch, so I was a little embarrassed when I recieved multiple requests for the recipe and had to fess up that it starts with a box cake mix! Oh well. This is a great cake for the holidays b/c it is so light and super easy to make. I didn't change anything in the recipe, except maybe used a little more walnuts.
