This recipe is scrumptious! I actually had to use raspberries since cranberries were unavailable (harder to find during the summer), so lowered the addition of sugar as they were frozen in sweetened syrup. Perfect recipe if your oven is already occupied.

I made this recipe when it first appeared in TofH - it is terrific. It has become a family tradition! I make one at Thanksgiving and a couple of them at Christmas. I'm hosting a neighborhood open house in late December and I'll make two or three of these - they are that good.

Really great recipe. I have made it several times and have done it with reduced fat cream cheese and 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar it is still a wonderful recipe, especially around the holidays. It is much lighter than a regular cheese cake and even more delicious
