What a mouthful of happiness! I doubled the couscous and prepared it in chicken broth. I soaked the craisins and added diced celery. Since I was taking it to a potluck, I left out the nuts. I will definitely make it again and again! Thanks for a great recipe.

Amazing! I stretch this out a bit by using large (pearl or Israeli) couscous. It has a great flavor and is incredibly healthy!

Delish! My 2 yr old and 4 yr old loved it too! I added about 1/2 cup of fresh broccoli (chopped) for a little extra color and texture. Will DEFINITELY make this on a regular basis!!!

Excellent! I used only 1/2 cup of couscous and that seemed to be the perfect amount. The flavors mix together for a nice tangy, yet sweet taste. An easy recipe that was really really good.

My friend and I liked this salad a lot! I can't understand why some have called it bland. Full of interesting flavors and textures. I don't care for strong balsamic flavor, so I drizzled the dressing on to taste, and that worked well. Great to serve with grilled chicken. I will make this again!

Guests and family enjoyed this unique combination of grain, fruit and veg. A nice healthy blend of textures and flavors. Made exactly as written except reduced the salt.

Very enjoyable when you feel like something different. I like how the sweetness of the cranberries combine with the crunchiness of the veggies, the couscous holds it together nicely and the sauce fits perfectly. The recipe calls for way too much couscous though, that might be why some found it bland. Next time I'll use only half, this time I added more cucumber and carrot to balance it out. The sauce does taste really agressive and mustardy when you first mix it, but after a few hours it all blend together. I imagine I'll be making lots of this in the summer.

Very boring, sorry. I love couscous, but I felt it was just too bland and just a waste of good ingredients. I was so unhappy with it that I wouldn't even try to add something to make it better.

I eat couscous regularly, and I really enjoyed this as a different way to make it. I thought the dressing seemed strong, but after mixing it together and letting it chill, it was perfect. I left out the cucumbers because they are not my favorite but followed the recipe other than that and it came out great. Thanks!

This salad was fabulous! I tasted it right after mixing, and thought I wasn't going to like it, but after it sat in the fridge for a few hours, the flavors blended perfectly! My whole family enjoyed this one.
