This was by far the best smoothie I have ever had. I didn't have the right kind of yogurt, so I used 1/4 cup of coconut milk and another Greek yogurt. The fresh basil leaves gave it just the right flavor. I also reduced the amount of flax seed to 1 Tablespoon.
