I received great reviews for this pie! I was happy wit it, but might increase the whipping cream slightly because i thought the texture was a little stiff. Next time i will also make it using a slightly larger pie plate, because I had plenty of filling left over.

This pie is so good! The flavors are so well-balanced. It would be appropriate at both a Thanksgiving dinner and at a summer BBQ. The color is a lovely shade of rose that reminds me of summer. I made the pie with a graham cracker crust, and I cut calories by using evaporated milk (which whips up just like whipping cream) instead of cream.

I did not change a thing and came out delicious. The orange peel gives it a real good flavor. I took it to a potluck and everyone asked for the recipe. I cannot wait to make it again. Really good!
