This tastes fabulous!! I got several requests for the recipe from the ladies in my Bible study group. As delicious as it is, I'm only giving it 4 stars because it takes a long time to make because you have to let the mixtures set for a bit...also there are lots of dishes. The ONLY alteration I made was to use an eniter 16 oz can of cranberry sauce, which made it a little more tart than it would have been otherwise.

A very refreshing and tasty salad. I made mine in individual champagne glasses. I wish there was a way to reduce the quantity of the topping...cream cheese, mayonnaise and whipped cream. Ouch! The calories! My proportions were about 2/3 cranberry-cherry base to 1/3 creamed topping.
