These are great! I use dried blueberries, and sometimes I put in fresh chopped apples and cinnamon. These are sweet and nutritious; a good breakfast or snack!

When you want a little something extra for breakfast, serve these muffins - you'll get requests for seconds. I store them in the freezer and reheat them when we want them. -Suzanne McKinley, Lyons, Georgia

This bread is a holiday favorite in our family. It's very festive and is a wonderful breakfast bread for Thanksgiving and Christmas morning. I like to prepare my bread batter ahead of time and thaw it out the night before I serve it. Just pop it in the oven in the morning and you have fresh breakfast bread. Enjoy!

It's sometimes difficult to get our daughter to eat healthy foods, but she gobbles up these fruit-filled muffins. Although these are a 'must' around the holidays, I keep cranberries in the freezer so I can whip up a batch any time of year. --Esther Bowers, Westland, Michigan

I often serve these colorful muffins when my United Methodist circle meets at my home. They are always a hit.

I always make these delicately flavored muffins for the holidays. With tart ruby cranberries peeking out and a sugar-and-spice topping, they don't last long.
