Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry flavored gelatin mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup lemon yogurt
  • 2 apples, cored and diced with peel
  • 2 large orange, peeled, sectioned, and cut into bite-size
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, heat cranberry sauce and water until sauce melts. Add gelatin and stir until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in the apples, oranges, walnuts and yogurt.
  2. Pour mixture into a fancy gelatin mold or a nice bowl and chill overnight before serving.
