Original Recipe Yield 1 - 1.5 pound loaf
 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups warm water
  • 1 cup cracked wheat
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

  1. Place water and cracked wheat in the pan of the bread machine; let soak for 1 hour.
  2. Place remaining ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select cycle; press Start.
