These turned out great! The first batch was a little burned on the bottom, but once I got used to what they're supposed to look like (take them out right when they're starting to crack on the top and change color), they were delicious!
I didn't have cream of tartar, so I substituted both the cream of tartar and baking soda with baking powder. I'm not sure if they would've been better with the cream of tartar, but I really like how they turned out anyway!
