Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) can crab meat, drained
  • 3/8 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 (12 ounce) package English muffins

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, butter or margarine, mayonnaise, garlic salt, and seasoning salt. Spread this mixture on the open-face muffins. Arrange the toasts on a baking sheet.
  3. Broil toasts for 8 minutes or until toasted. Be careful not to burn them.
