Well, I live right beside the Pacific Ocean, but sole is one of my favourite seafoods although i usually get it crumbed and deep fried from the local Fish & Chip shop, so when I purchased some from the Supermarket for a change I thought I'd try something different and had a search around here where this recipe caught my attention. This was easy to make and is a very tasty and classy dish. Thank You.
