I give this 5 stars but I did add extra crab meat. We had leftover crab... probably 8-10oz total used. I served it with warm french bread and it was amazing!!!

LOVED IT! I also added a can of shrimp along with the crab, which was a great addition. Also, I added a little salt and pepper to taste (personal preference), and used seasoned breadcrumbs because that's all I had. I served this with a nice salad and crusty bread, but I do agree that this would also make a great appetizer with toasted bread rounds or crackers. I would definately make this again~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)

This is so good! I make it frequently and everyone loves it. I use 2 cans of crab meat and add a pinch of nutmeg in the white sauce but leave everything else as is.

When I made this, I used less spinach and I added 10oz of frozen mixed veggies. It turned out great. We loved it.

Dish seems more like an appetizer and needs to be served on bread or with chips. Added garlic and onion power.

ditched the spinach, added ohion powder, garlic powder to taste, put Italian bread crumbs on the top, and it was WONDERFUL!! Gonna try with a touch of dill weed on the next batch! EXCELLENT AND EASY!
