Ingredients

  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups half-and-half cream
  • 1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, chopped
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
