I've made this recipe 3 or 4 times. I've used grouper, tilapia, and snapper. I double the topping but reduce the butter and omit the jalapeno (for the kids). It is SO good. My children love it. This is now one of my new "go to" recipes when I'm out of ideas for dinner.

Super easy and super tasty gourmet dish! I used fresh frozen crab instead of canned, and added some garlic. And I used olive oil instead of butter to make it a bit more healthy.

This was very good. I used orange roughy. I baked for about 20 minutes then broiled for the last few to brown the top. Next time, I'll put a bit less mozzarella. I did double the jalapeno as another reviewer suggested. And, instead of using Parmesan flavored bread crumbs I used half Italian bread crumbs and half Romano cheese. Will definitely make again. Thank you for this unusual and elegant recipe!

I made this for my family and it was just ok...the fish didn't have much flavor but the topping was ok. Maybe I will try it on french bread and toast it but will not be putting it on fish.

This was so good. I used orange roughy since my local store didn't have grouper. Being from Louisiana, I automatically double all the ingredients and added some salt and pepper. Also, like another reviewer, I seasoned my fish with salt and pepper first. I only used freshly grated parmesan regganio and let me tell you, this was one of the best dishes I have ever made. It was restaurant quality. Thanks so much. I couldn't get enough of the leftovers. Second review: Since May of last year, I became sick so I had to do a little tweaking to get the recipe right for my diet. I used almond flour instead of bread crumbs. That's the only change I made and couldn't tell the difference. I am def sharing this recipe with other people on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD).

This recipe is quick, easy and very tasty! I omitted the cheese because my husband does not like it. I have shared this recipe with many people, and it has been nothing but rave reviews!

Excellent flavors. We've used this recipe several times with tilapia and other white fish. For thinner filets we cut the time to about 12 minutes and hit it with the broiler right at the end.

I could not get this into my recipe box fast enough. Grouper is a delicious fish but this recipe really takes it over the top. I don't think I will eat Grouper any other way!

This dish is a bit mellow for all the ratings it has gotten from others. The broiler needs to be used to "crisp" up the topping. More jalapeno would liven it up a bit. I would make it again but there are better ways to cook grouper.

WOW! This was amazing! Just like one of my favorite seafood restaurants. My husband's first comment was "tastes just like a restaurant!". I added 1/2 of the jalapeno (instead of 1/4) and green pepper instead of yellow and red, but itw as still fabulous. I used orange roughy filets instead of grouper, but it worked perfectly. Thanks!

This recipe is delicious! Full of flavor, without seasoning! It is very easy to make. I modified it by baking the grouper with foil over the dish to keep in the flavors and keep the dish moist and tender.

What a fantastic recipe!!!!! My husband usually won't eat fish of any kind and he even liked it. I couldn't find grouper so I made it with Sea Bass. It was so good that I made it again 2 days later, this time using orange roughy. I did add a shallot and some minced garlic, but other than that I followed the recipe as is. Thanks for the recipe!!!!!

I followed the recipe as written. I probably would not make it again. I think there are better uses for good crab.
