Very easy. I didn't not have dry bread crumbs, though, so I just toasted up about 4 slices of whole wheat bread in the toaster on high (but not burnt) setting and crumbled them up as best I could. My husband and son both really like it. I liked it too. I think if you used stuffing mix, it would work well too.

Very tasty, easy/quick recipe. I added garlic powder, pepper and dried parsley to the breadcrumb mixture. I omitted the butter and sprayed the chicken with a little Pam. I skipped pounding the chicken and cooked it longer, like 40 minutes. The only real problem I have with this recipe is that you really need to make 2 boxes of broccoli cheese rice or you won't have enough for 6 breasts unless everyone takes one little scoop and the leftovers are really good for lunch the next day. I used Rice-A-Roni mix and served with green beans. Sometimes I serve with buttered baby carrots which is good too.

This chicken was so good! It was DEVOURED by my husband, 4 kids, and myself. It was so quick and easy to throw together, and extremely flavorful and moist. I didn't change a thing, and this recipe is definitely going into our rotation! Thanks!

The chicken was perfectly moist on the inside, however the breading turned out quite salty. I'm thinking maybe it's because of the onion soup mix?

We had this last night and it was great. I also made perogi's....and a veggie. Great side dishes for this delicious meal.

I thought this was just okay. It didn't have anything special to it. The chicken was moist, but it was still so.....blah. I'll try this one more time and add more onion soup mix.

Easy and delicious! The onion mix adds just enough zing for milder palates.

I've made this several times now. Each time it turns out very nicely. The chicken is moist, the coating savory but not heavy. (You can lighten up on the butter if you like). My teenage boys enjoy it, too.
