Talk about a carb overload! But I love it. Very good. I didn't have celery, so I just ground some celery seed and popped it in. The onions still gave it a nice little crunch. I may have used more mashed potatoes that it called for--I just made a batch and dumped it all in bc I'm rebellious that way and don't like to measure. I took the covering off for about 10 min at the end to let it crisp a bit on top. Thanks for the recipe!
