If you like sunny side up eggs, but have trouble flipping them without breaking them like me, this is the perfect recipe for you! I love this one dish meal. Instead of green peppers, I use a can of sliced button mushrooms.

Have made for years but never can find it. Glad its on here. I used seasoning salt in place of regular...added garlic powder. Cooked potatoes about 7 min then turned for another 7. Wonderful!

Awesome recipe. I scramble my eggs, not a fan of runny yolks and it still turns out great. I top with crumbled bacon, green onions, sour cream and cheese! Like a breakfast loaded baked potato.

I made this exactly as described and wasn't impressed with the flavor. I Liked the idea of the recipe, but will def punch up the spices next time I make it.
