3 (15 ounce) cans corned beef hash
12 slices American cheese
12 eggs
1/2 teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS
Spread hash in the bottom of a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Layer cheese slices over hash. Beat eggs and pepper; our over top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Since I already love corned beef and potatoes, adding cheese and eggs only made it better. I know that I will be making this often!

I love how easy it is and for someone that likes scramble eggs with hash this is a great dish.

very easy and quick to make. i added some shredded frozen hash browns (1/2) bag ontop of cheese, was a bit more tasty.
