The bread went stale pretty quickly, but that's not unusual with homemade breads. We just didn't eat it fast enough this week. It's a nice tasting bread. I decided to make croutons with it bc it was stale and it makes great croutons too. thanks for the recipe!

This recipe couldn't be easier, and the bread machine does all the work. I hadn't used my bread machine to bake in ages - I usually just use it for dough. I'm glad I decided to try this recipe in the bread machine. The crust is nice and chewy, and the bread has just a hint of sweetness. It's great with jam or pumpkin butter.

This bread baked beautifully in my Zo. It is very soft and flavorful. If you don't care for molasses, be sure to use a light one. (I love molasses so it was perfect for me!)

Delish! The whole family liked it. We ate a few pieces just with butter & then for lunch I used it to make chicken & avacado sandwiches. My cornmeal was freshly ground & really gave the crust a great crunch. It was easy & turned out perfect. Thanks!

I didn't change a thing and it came out great. It had a mildly sweet flavor and the molasses was not overpowering as in other recipes. Was fabulous toasted.
