This bread baked beautifully in my Zo. It is very soft and flavorful. If you don't care for molasses, be sure to use a light one. (I love molasses so it was perfect for me!)

Love this recipe. Great taste. The crust is just right, slightly crunchy and sweet.

Very good bread. Has more flavor than white bread. The texture is nice and not spongy. I will be making this often. Thanks!

This bread is very quick, tasty and easy to make. Bakes up beautifully, and slices great also. Did not make any changes.

Delish! The whole family liked it. We ate a few pieces just with butter & then for lunch I used it to make chicken & avacado sandwiches. My cornmeal was freshly ground & really gave the crust a great crunch. It was easy & turned out perfect. Thanks!

I didn't change a thing and it came out great. It had a mildly sweet flavor and the molasses was not overpowering as in other recipes. Was fabulous toasted.
