OMG these are FANTASTIC!!! I only did about about 8 slices of bacon because what I had was really thick cut. Also I don't like raisins so I subbed for some chocolate chips. These are so yummy! Thanks!!

My husband and I both loved these cookies. I did substitute chocolate chips for the raisons. Will definitely make them again. I am thinking of trying grape nuts to replace the corn flakes.

The combination sounds really odd and you're thinking "This cannot be good" but really, this recipe is freaking AWESOME. I made one small adjustment and that was adding 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring and 1/2 teaspoon of maple flavoring. That's all. Oh, wait. I also smushed my cornflakes a bit into smaller pieces. We can't stop eating them--they're so good! The one issue I have with them is the caloric content. That's not a deal breaker and it does not make it a bad recipe, it's just hard when a recipe is so good and you feel bad for having more than you should. I'd like to play with the recipe a little and see if I can't make it lighter (maybe use applesauce for half the butter, use turkey bacon and incorporate whole wheat flour some how). As is, REALLY yummy.

These were very good, something different! ..but I did find I needed to add a glaze on top, not quite sweet enough for our preference here....perfect for brunch. Give it a try!

I did not care for these. I don't know exactly what I was expecting from them. I made them for a small family breakfast and they were left on the plates half eaten. Won't make them again.

I just finished baking a batch of these cookies. I cooked them at a lower temperature because I don't like cookies that are really brown on the bottoms. If you bake these too long, the corn flakes become hard and too chewy. These taste like something you would want for breakfast with a tall glass of cold milk when you don't have time for a big breakfast. I would give them 5 stars but they don't taste like a cookie that I would want for any other time except breakfast because of the bacon and corn flakes; they were good but seem like breakfast food.

Wow wee, delish , I just took these out of the oven and ate two warm. Hubby thinks they taste like oatmeal raisin cookies.

These are surprisingly good! It's a great mix of salty and sweet. And a great dish to take to a brunch. Very pleased with the outcome of these cookies.

what a nice and different twist on a cookie. Just made them tonight for the upcoming weeks breakfast snacks and ate 3 a piece! Nice combo of crunchy, salty, and sweet. So easy to make to! We used golden raisins instead cause that is all we had and we use microwavable bacon cause its faster:).
