This is an ok dip that got better with some tweaking. I added 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, pepper, and onion powder. The real key, though, was adding dill weed- appx 1 tbl. I still feel like something was off though- it was a bit too sweet. Still it was pretty good and our guests enjoyed it.

I made with a package of dried beef like you would use for creamed chipped beef. It worked great and I always have some in the freezer. I served it with rye crackers. Very good

This was a big hit with friends and family. But please note - I do not recommend adding the salt. Corned Beef is salty enough. The first time I made it, I did add the salt and it was TOO salty. It was perfect without adding the salt the second time around.

This is a very good dip and the bagels are nice because it's something a little different than your usual dips with crackers or chips. Very good! My kids (6, 4, 2) really thought this was good too.

This was awesome. It was remeniscent to me of a dill dip that my grandpa makes every Christmas. The kids loved this as well. I will definitely make this again--Can't wait for the next family gathering!

Very good. Used ham instead of corned beef. Left the horseradish out. Will use again. mmmmm.
