I'm always looking for different ways to make corn, and this one is a winner. I added enough cayenne pepper to be able to know it was there, but not enough that it was really hot. It was part of our Thanksgiving meal and everyone seemed to like it. I'd definitely make it again.

This corn made a yummy and easy side dish to go with our fish tacos the other night. Thanks for a great recipe :)

Very good recipe! My whole family enjoyed it and I will definitely use it again! I made it without tomato's because my fiance doesn't like them and it was still really great. I also used green onions ! I loved it!

A good side dish which I will make again. I used canned corn and about 1t of cayennne which gave it just enough of a kick for us. Thanks Nancy.
