Good comfort dish. Added cayenne pepper and a dash of cinnamon to give it a bit more kick. Also used Rotelle instead of just tomatoes. Next time would potentially add more cream cheese. Thanks for the recipe!

This was very good! I made this for my inlaws as my MIL had surgery. It smelled so great, I came home and made it for my family too. My changes: I browned the ground beef and onions and peppers together, adding the salt and pepper and chili powder and garlic at this time. Then I added 1 c of half and half with a squirt of lemon juice in place of the butter milk. Then I added the cream cheese. After the cream cheese was melted, I added a 20-ounce can of drained diced italian tomatoes, 1 small chopped zucchini and corn. I cooked 2 c of pasta and threw that in at the end. I didn't bake this, I cooked it til it thickened on the stove top and dug in! It was totally wonderful! My children kept commenting how delicious it was. This is an oddity at my house. Definitely will be making this one again!

This was something different for us. I chose this because it sounded like a good hearty hot dish for a cool night. It really wasn't to hubby's and my liking though. Hubby commented green pepper was the dominant flavor here. Thanks, my son really liked this.

My husband and I loved this one, super easy and yummy leftovers. If anything I would add a little more cream cheese....

This was great. Kids liked it too. Used reg milk and zucchini instead of buttermilk and green pepp. COVERED TIGHTLY with foil and noodles were fine. Thanks for the recipe!

Way to much effort for a not so great turnout. If you decide to make it. I suggest cooking the noodles at least half way. They will not cook all the way through if you don't. Also, add salt & pepper. I won't be making this again. I ended up throwing it away.
