The seasoning is perfect. It's a hot day and decided this was a great side for a lite lunch and now I know I'll be serving it all summer!

We really enjoyed this salad. I did add a little salsa for extra juiciness and I had no cilantro, so I didn't use that. This was very refreshing and summery, (if that's a word). I will definately make this again! Thanks for posting :)

Yum! I added some fresh chopped onion and sweet bell peppers and a bit extra of the cumin and chili powder and this was AWESOME! I took it to a potluck for work and they gobbled it up and asked me to make it again for the next one. Thanks for the great recipe!

Delicious!!!! I've made this twice and I love it. I omitted the sugar and it was fantastic, even my picky husband loved it! Great with white rice and chicken.

YUMMY! I take this to summer bbqs and it is always gone. I use 1/4 tsp of oil and 1/4 tsp of sugar instead. Still tastes great!

I took a sneak bite....LOVE IT....I did not have cumin or cilantro but can't wait until I get some. The flavor goes well together I did add an ingredient with cumin and a bunch others also... Will make again.

This was amazing! We made it right before our BBQ, so it didn't have a chance to sit for the prescribed amount of time, but it tasted great. Even my 18 month old loved it! So simple and yummy.

yum! the dressing has a great mild, sweet flavor... next time I might add some red pepper flakes to kick it up a little though. I added fresh chopped tomatoes, avocado, black olives and a squeeze of lime juice which I think bring this up to 5 stars.

It was OK at best for me. Personally I thought it was too sweet, definitely would NOT add the sugar next time. If I do make this again I would add more of the other spices, definitely more cumin and even some garlic powder.

Awesome. I added sliced grape tomatoes and some purple onion. But only did that for personal preference. Also, I made this for a crowd of 28 and it was a breeze to make with the nifty calculator. EVERYone loved it. Thanks!

The dressing is fantastic. I've made this several times, and prefer to add a little pico de gallo to the mixture to use the the recipe as a bean salsa (a little chopped tomato would work well, too). It's great served with tortilla chips.
