If I could, I would give this recipe 3.5 stars. I like this recipe. It's a good side dish for mexican food, or a comfort food type meal (think Thanksgiving dinner, turkey, chicken, etc). I baked this in an 8x8 glass dish, which made it thick and moist. However, as much as I like it, it is not a SPECTACULAR recipe, in my opinion. It's just a good, solid one to have on hand.
