2 (14.75 ounce) cans
ground white pepper
red bell pepper, diced
This is one of the easiest and quickest recipes I have made. It took about 5 min. to prepare and 20 min. to cook in the microwave. It tasted just as good as any baked corn pudding recipe baked in the oven.
This was absolutely horrid. It came out a soggy wet mess, it was more like corn soup than pudding. I followed the recipe exactly so I'm not sure what went wrong. Sorry, but I won't be using this recipe again.
I make this every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This is a wonderful recipe. My daughter always wants me to make this...Thanks for a yummy recipe

Very easy recipe. A little bit bland but that's easily corrected with a dash of hot sauce. Made it for some Spanish guests and they LOVED it.
