This was a great recipe! The only thing I added was one more box of jiffy corn muffin mix. I wanted it to be a little more firmer. It turned out great! Thank you! :)

Because I am not a "pudding" person I have always avoided this until now. It was fantastic, do not let the name fool you. Everyone in the house loved it and voted it a do again. I had corn on the cob in the freezer to use. I cut it off and ran half of it thru the blender. Worked great!

If you like sweet cornbread I added 1cup of sugar, turned out AMAZING. The whole family loved it and the sugar definitely gives it a more pudding-like taste!

My husband really liked this recipe! I was not blown away, but I liked it too... it seemed like it took way to long to cook and was a little more mushy in the middle.

This has been a family staple my whole life! Have always loved it, I add a tbsp of sugar too :) DELISH! Make in smaller dish though, 9x13 too big... I use a 1.5qt casserole dish PERFECT

This was really good. I made almost exactly as written - but I did add a couple of Tbls of splenda because I like it sweet, and used home-grown corn in place of canned. My family usually likes a different recipe with cheese and green chilies, but I think they liked this even better - this is simple and perfect as is.
