I had to find a corn recipe for my daughter for school and i chose this one. This recipe is totally awesome. The students and teachers loved it. The only change i made was using two boxes of corn muffin mix instead of one. A simple, quick wonderful recipe.

Delicious and easy to throw together. I had to cook mine for close to an hour before the center became firm. I ended up removing the foil for the last 15 min. Next time I'll reduce the amount of butter as others have suggested.

This was sooooo easy and it tasted so good! I only made a couple of changes. I uncovered it and let it bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes and about 20 minutes before it was done I sprinkled the top with cheddar cheese. Definitely will be a family favorite!

Very eary to make, but I was looking for something with more flavor, and the texture was a little too loose for my liking. However, my family liked it.

Very good. However, I would recommend baking it about 10-15 minutes longer than suggested. Also, like everyone else, I did cut the margarine in half. One cup was just way too much margarine.

Easy and outstanding! Definitely not lo-cal, but a great dish to take to covered dish or for Thanksgiving dinner. I made it once for Thanksgiving, and from that year on it was considered a "must have" for my family.

i made this for the first time 4 years ago and has become a family favorite! Thisyear 2 people who have had it for dinner at my home called me for the recipe s they can add it to their thanksgiving - it is a must have dish!
