I love corn casserole and the sour cream is not the dominant flavor. My mom first made this while we were visiting with her and I throughly enjoyed it. Too bad you can't classify this as a dessert. Great for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Will definitely be on my menu in the future. Thanks Pam.

I have been making this casserole for a very long time (long before I saw it here). Everyone compliments me on it. It's a great side dish!!

A co-worker brought this to a pot-luck. I had to get the recipe. I am not big on veggies, but this tastes like dessert. Fluffy, warm and delicious. You've got to try it to believe how good it is.

This is a great recipe that I make every year for two different Thanksgiving celebrations. I double the recipe and bake it in a 9x13 pan until a knife inserted comes clean (about 45 minutes).

Wow!! I am a star with my family!! Just made this and it is fantastic. Did add the egg and cooked for about an hour. I have 5 very picky kids, and they all ate seconds. Next time we have a church dinner, I know what I am taking!! Great recipe!!
