I get so many requests for this recipe! I've never tasted a corn casserole as delicious as this one. Don't tell my Mom, but I now think I found a corn casserole recipe better than hers...:)

I would say a 5 because it is great if you want all that corn, for me I eliminated the whole kernal corn and added 1 egg to the mixture cooked at 350 for 45 min!! Tasted great if you dont like all the corn and want if fluffy!

This is a great dish to serve on the side with chicken enchilada or other mexican cooking favorites! We loved it! Took about 1 hour to bake..center was still a bit runny at 40-50 minutes.

This casserole is delicious- makes a great side dish, but I would recommend stirring it before serving. It takes away from the initial appearance, but helps the casserole from being too runny. .

I made this along with Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili last night for the Super Bowl and it was a huge hit! I did add an egg as others recommended. Great recipe.

It was a hit at Thanksgiving this year! My sister-in-law kept raving about this dish. It even warms up nicely in the microwave. Also a great addition to a Mexican themed dinner!!

Used regular salted butter. Fantastic and easy recipe. The family all raved and requested this for every holiday. Easy to throw together and scales nicely.

Believe everyone, this is a terrific recipe! Always a big hit. Try adding an egg and a half a can of sweetened condensed milk and bake in a large iron skillet. It's awesome. We like our cornbread a little sweet. This has a great texture.

This is a great recipe for holidays or potlucks--so rich it's a treat, but super easy to make. One or two drained 4oz cans of green chilies are a good add-in.

I loved the creamyness of the dish. As I prepared it I found that I didn't have sourcream or creamed corn! So I added more corn and used yougurt instead! Great!
