I'm not a fan of super sweet cornbread, so I was eager to try this recipe. My husband does like his cornbread sweeter, so I compromised and added a bit more honey. Turned out great! We liked the not-too-crumbly, yet still very hearty, texture. As a side note, the next time I made this, I doctored it up for my 21-month-old by using a 1/2 cup veggie puree in place of half of the yogurt (or sour cream is good too). This worked really well.

THE BEST EVER !!!! Made this for a men's group mtg. & everyone raved about it . Many said they thought they made the best till they ate this, definitely does not crumble when you slice & butter,. Only had sour cream so I used it instead of yogurt. No honey so I used 1 Tbsp sugar.

This recipe is exactly what I was looking for. Unlike traditional corn bread, this is salty, and for those who don't like the sweet taste and texture of traditional corn bread, this is a keeper. I made it exactly as stated and it was very easy to prepare. Will be making this again.

It worked out well for me. I made it exactly as recommended and it tasted a little different than it would out of the box, but it was good. Also, I liked that it didn't crumble to a million pieces when I cut a piece in half to spread on butter.

Not the best cornbread I have had but its still good. I like how it saves a little on calories....I don't think I like th yogurt in here next time I will try light sour cream...
