Corn Bread Casserole

Original Recipe Yield 4 - 6 servings
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can canned cream-style corn
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package corn bread/muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until the top and edges are golden brown.
