Ingredients

  • 2 (8.5 ounce) packages corn bread/muffin mix
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare corn bread mixes according to package directions. Pour half of the batter into a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Combine corn and creamed corn; spread over batter. Top with chilies and cheese. Carefully spread with remaining corn bread batter.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm.
