frozen O'Brien potatoes
2 (10.75 ounce) cans
cream of potato soup
Kikkoman PEARL Organic Unsweetened Soymilk
shredded Swiss cheese
This was very filling. I will use southern style hash browns next time. I didn't care for the pepper and onion taste from the O'Brien potatoes in my corson Bleu. They over powered the swiss cheese too much. I wanted more dijon for additional flavor. I will try this again, maybe will add broccoli next time. Overall this was pretty tasty, but not quite 5 star worthy.
The best soup we have ever made! I doubled the recipe for a potluck and we still had some left over. Added white pepper and extra soy milk just to thin it out a bit but other than that, stuck with the reciped and it was delicious! Hubby and kids (8 and 3) absolutely gobbled it up!
