1 (46 fluid ounce) bottle
tomato-vegetable juice cocktail
cooked small shrimp, peeled and deveined
cucumbers, seeded and cut into bite-size pieces
avocados - peeled, pitted, and chopped
1 (14.5 ounce) can
chopped fresh tomatoes
red onion, chopped
jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
I just made some the other day. May I suggest using clamato..its super yummy . Instead of vegetable juice, I use clamato. Mouth waters

Stupid question: Is the consistency meant to be thin for a drink or thick for a dip for the shrimp?
Uuum... I haven't tried THIS recipe, YET, but I'm sure it's EXCELLENT. The only thing is, as a Hispanic male who has been to Mexico, many, many times to visit family I can say only one thing. This is NOT Mexican shrimp cocktail. Mexican shrimp cocktail is NOT made with cocktail sauce. It's cloud/clear from the lime and clam juice. :)
