Pineapple juice is stirred into vanilla pudding mix and then the fruit - pineapple chunks, cherries and mandarin oranges - are stirred into that. Chill and serve with sliced bananas.

Several steps build to the final salad crescendo. Chopped apples and bananas marinate in pineapple juice, and kiwi and strawberries are sliced. Then everything is mixed into peach pie filling and spooned into a beautiful serving bowl.

Don 't tell anyone what 's in this, because they just won 't believe you. Pudding! That 's right, but it goes with the other sweet offerings in this unusual pasta dish - maraschino cherries, fruit cocktail, crushed pineapple, and mandarin oranges.

Oranges, pineapple, cottage cheese and whipped topping combine for a fully refreshing slightly sweet salad. My mom always makes this recipe and the reason I call it 'Anytime Fruit Salad' is because if there is any ever left I eat it anytime.

This dreamy salad is whipped up in a minute and disappears just as quickly. Fruit cocktail, sliced bananas, cherries and lightly sweetened whipping cream.
