Great recipe! Very refreshing in the summer. I made as is, using the red wine vinegar. I also used different colored peppers to vary the color. I will make this again!

I scaled this down to 2 servings, as I was experimenting w/a variety of cuke salad recipes (I've never made it before and there are a TON of recipes out there...this was one of the 4 I selected). This was just ok for me. The lime flavor was overwhelming. I think if I make this again, I'll significantly scale down the lime juice. TY for an interesting recipe!

This needed a little more flavor for my taste, so I added at least twice the amount of the red wine vinegar. It is definitely a nice cool summer salad.

0ooooh this is so good it makes my eyes water! Its so easy and fresh. I use braggs apple cider vinegar and cherry tomatoes. Using a SWEET onion does make a difference too. I made it once with a regular yellow onion and the flavors didn't mesh right. Thanks for the great recipe!

Real good and good for you too. I was secifically looking for a recipe with no oil in it. Made it a few days ago and hubby has already asked for more. Going to triple the recipe since it keeps well in the frige.

Easy, tasty, keeps well, what more could you ask? I made it with freeze dried dill since it is January, taste was still great

Luscious! Perfect side dish for when the temp hits the 90's! I served individual portions in narrow clear-glass cups with a dollop of sour cream and a dill sprig in each and everyone asked for the recipe.

Really easy to make. This went impeccably well with a simple tuna fish salad last evening for a very light and cool type meal.

Very good recipe. I didn't add the dill because I don't like the taste of it. Since I was out of lime juice I used 2 tablespoons of non-alcoholic margarita mix. Will make again.

Loved by my whole family! My son helps by squeezing the limes and shaking the dill. I have to fight my boyfriend for the last serving. No matter how much I make, there's no leftovers! I use a bit more onion, and red pepper instead of green because they've been cheap enough. Yummy!

This was good but the lime made it a bit too tart for me. I don't like sugar in cucumber salads but I did add a couple of pinches to off-set the tart. Thanks for the recipe.
