This is an easy and tasty recipe. So quick! The second time I made it, I added some cooked chopped chicken as it simmered with the mushrooms, basil, and green beans (as the recipe states, frozen is a must--makes it so nice and crisp!); it was a complete meal in itself! If the chicken has already been cooked and chopped or if you use a rotisserie, you can have a complete healthy meal ready in minutes! Thanks for sharing!
