This recipe couldn 't be simpler: All you need are lots and lots of Concord grapes and sugar, a bit of flour for thickening the juices, a few pats of butter, a splash of lemon juice, and a waiting crust.

The flavor of this delicious pie changes with the type of grape you use, so choose your favorite or try concord grapes. The grape pulp is first cooked on the stove before it 's combined with sugar, flour and melted butter. Then this lovely filling is poured into an unbaked pie shell, covered with a lattice top, and baked until bubbly and brown. It 's perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Lots and lots of plump raisins are combined with a thick, sweetened milk and butter mixture that 's spooned into a waiting crust. The top crust is fitted on and this old fashioned pie is baked until golden. Serve it with generous scoops of vanilla ice cream.

The berries in this wonderful double-crust pie are doused with lemon juice for a little zip. Sugar, flour and salt are sprinkled over the glistening berries, and the top crust is sealed and fluted. It 's then plopped into a hot oven and baked until the crust is golden.

Sweet, thick and full of cherries, this pie is irresistible. The filling is whipped up from a classic combination of canned cherry pie filling, sugar, flour and almond flavoring.

Close your eyes when you eat this pie and you think you 're eating real apple pie. But, the apples in this delicious pie are really buttery crackers. It is amazing how this pie fools the taste buds.
