Loved it. Both of my kids gobbled it up. I tried it first without the cheese. It was very good, but once I added the cheese, it was Great!

My husband rarely eats vegetables, especially cauliflower! When I presented this to him at the dinner table he absolutely loved it! In fact, he devoured it all and I had no leftovers. The addition of the celery and onion made it so much better! I used real chicken boullion, and skipped the cheese for a healthier approach and it was still amazing!

This is surprisingly delicious for the ease of preparation. It definitely took 30 minutes, not 20. I added the red pepper flakes as suggested and that was awesome. As I was making it I was worried I would need to thicken the sauce, but it thickened enough to coat the cauliflower.

I made this to serve with roasted chicken and it was so good. Even my husband (not a big fan of cauliflower) ate his, although the children didn't care for it I subbed sunflower oil for the butter (my son is allergic to milk protein) and a spoon of the pan drippings for the bouillon. I also subbed cayenne for the black pepper (my son is also allergic to black pepper). It was SO good. The celery flavor is strong, but complements the cauliflower very nicely. Thanks for the great recipe! I will make this again!

Everyone LOVED this! I did follow the previous reviewer's advice and add just a pinch of red pepper flakes. I also increased the bouillon. I steamed the cauliflower in my Oster steamer which makes things much easier. Then just tossed it into the prepared sauté. Served it with slow cooker pot roast. Everyone LOVED it. Thanks for a great, low fat cauliflower recipe!

Very nice dish for a rather bland vegetable .. has kind of a sweet taste ..and it's pretty light on the calories to boot..the downside being it dirties two dishes (steaming and cooking)..reminding me nothing in this present life will ever be perfect :) Will make again. Thanks for sharing!

nice way to dress up cauliflower when you want something more than plain steamed, but something less than cheesy, creamy casseroles. I used sherry instead of wine because I had it on hand - worked well, but I would like to try it with wine next time I open a bottle of white. I used a half cube of vegetable bouillon and along with the sherry it added a bit of color to the broth, which I liked. Pretty tasty! Thanks for sharing!

Very good, but needs just a touch more seasoning of some kind. Will try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes next time I make this.
