The only difference in mine was that I only had Colby Jack cheese and no cheddar. This seems like it would be very good mixed up and baked in a bread bowl. I may try that next tim.

Wow! This was super simple and sooo good. Thank you. I ran short on Cheddar cheese so I used 1/2 & 1/2 cheddar and Monterey Jack, left out the chicken and substituted with Cream of Chicken soup, added 4 T. milk. I added 1/2 t. garlic powder and 1/2 t. onion powder. Mixed it all up in a large bowl and poured it into a baking dish. Put it in the oven and 15 minutes later realized I forgot to include the broccoli! Oh well, no one cared. My wife stated it didn't need it. I for one would like to have had a veg. in it. Nevertheless, this is definitely a keeper. Thanks again for sharing it.

Delicious! Don't be scared to try to curry. It makes this dish! I used all ham and it was yummy. Next time, I will mix in the sauce with the other ingredients and cover with parm.

Two of us loved it; one liked it, but didn't love it. Four & a Half Stars or 5 Stars. I used Brown Rice, a large clove of garlic, a small head of broccoli, chopped and boiled, 2 boiled chicken breasts and leftover ham. Very Yummy!

I love this recipe. I think it would be for brunch. I ended up using brown rice instead of wild rice & it was still very good.

Will definitely be making this one often! It even reheats well. I used non-condensed cream of mushroom soup because that's what I had; the recipe doesn't really specify which type to use but it worked fine with that. I also didn't have wild rice so I used basmati. I way I made it I'd give it 4 stars, but with the wild rice I'm sure it's going to be worth 5! It was easy and looks wonderfully golden brown coming out of the oven. Thanks a lot for this one!

The flavors just did not go well together. There was only one person in my family of 5 that could tolerate finishing their supper the night I fixed this huge casserole. It was very rich.

This was terrific, and I wouldn't change a thing! I did substitute some additional cheddar cheese for the parmesan only because my guest doesn't like parmesan. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. I agree with other reviewers though, that it would be just as good with plain brown or white rice. Just for a change of pace, I might try it with peas instead of broccoli sometime. Thanks for the recipe!

I needed a great dish to make for a family. I made 2 one with brocolli and one with frozen peas. EVERYONE loved it! No Leftovers. Didn't have curry and it was still wonderful.

I wasn't sure if this was going to be good, but it turned out excellent! I changed a few things, like I used brown rice instead of the wild, and I didn't use ham, and I also used cream of chicken soup instead. I had to use what I had at home. I loved it!!!

The was really good. My husband and son, who are both picky eaters, loved it. I steamed fresh broccoli and chopped really small. They did not even know it was there. I did not have curry so I added some Emeril's Essence. Also left out the mushrooms, but only because I did not have them. I will add next time. This is a keeper in our house.

Yummy!! I made this for dinner tonight and although I wasn't sure how the ingredients would taste together, I soon found out that everything melded perfectly. I did have to make a few modifications, based on the ingredients I had on hand. I used the breasts and thighs from a pre-cooked roasted chicken I picked up on special last night. I didn't use any ham, since I didn't have any. Also used a 6 oz. jar of mushrooms, and a half bag of leftover BroccoSlaw in place of the broccoli. I'm thinking that this actually might be a good way of disguising the broccoli, especially for kids. Also made brown rice instead of the wild rice, cooking up a cup of rice with two cups of water. And even with all those changes, it still tasted great!

This was an excellent casserole. I had to substitute a few things, but I'm sure it's great with the actual ingredients in the recipe, too! I used basmati rice instead of wild rice, peas instead of broccoli, and all ham (no chicken). I bet it would be good with all chicken and no ham, too. Thanks a lot!

I've made this recipe many times and it has become one of our favorites. If you don't have ham, you can omit it and it will still turn out great!

This was a fantastic blend of flavours. I altered it a little. I used fresh mushrooms, less mayo (3/4 cups) and no curry because curry scares me! The recipe says undiluted cream of mushroom soup and I wasn't too sure if that meant soup that was ready to eat out of the can or condesed soup without the milk or water added. So, I used condensed soup and added enough milk to make it pourable but not runny (maybe 1/4 cup). Simply delicious and a keeper for my recipe box.

Definately a keeper! I used cream of celery, used mozzarella instead of cheddar, and used Emeril's Bayou Blast instead of the curry (all out of sheer laziness, I didn't feel like going to the grocery store, so I used what I had on hand!) and it turned out great. This is a nice recipe because you can play around with it a little- thanks a lot!

I was very skeptical but this turned out great! I am not a fan of casseroles, mayo or ham and my husband doesn't like anything curry and we loved this! I made some changes because of ingredients in the cupboard: Used about 8 oz -10 oz of Trader Joes wild rice mix, fresh steamed broccoli (estimated 10 oz), 2 cups diced ham, about 4 oz fresh sauted mushrooms. I really enjoyed the flavor of the curry against the mayo/mushrooms - thanks for this great last minute-what-do-I-have-in-my-cupboard recipe!
