Yummy!! I made this for dinner tonight and although I wasn't sure how the ingredients would taste together, I soon found out that everything melded perfectly.
I did have to make a few modifications, based on the ingredients I had on hand. I used the breasts and thighs from a pre-cooked roasted chicken I picked up on special last night. I didn't use any ham, since I didn't have any. Also used a 6 oz. jar of mushrooms, and a half bag of leftover BroccoSlaw in place of the broccoli. I'm thinking that this actually might be a good way of disguising the broccoli, especially for kids. Also made brown rice instead of the wild rice, cooking up a cup of rice with two cups of water. And even with all those changes, it still tasted great!
