I made this and substituted french fried onions instead of crackers as well as using the vegetable mix that has squash in it. My family LOVES this!

Awesome! People who don't follow the recipe shouldn't review it. If you want it extra cheesy like my family, just add a cup of mild cheddar shredded cheese! Thanks for the recipe!!!

On it's own, it was a bit boring. I used less butter and added garlic, red pepper flakes, tofu, and soy beans. I also used shredded cheese because I don't use processed cheese. I think that my alterations made it a 5-star recipe! :)

Delicious! My husband loved this! I added a little milk and it was a little too runny. I don't think I'll do that next time I make them!

Easy and tasteful. I use fresh packaged veggies instead for frozen and added more cracker topping. It was gone in minutes!!

This was a great dish!! The only changes I made was to double the cracker topping. It went quick, no leftovers here! Thanks

I gave it a 5*; girlfriend said "don't make it again - the taste is wierd". May have been my fault, used shredded mozzarella (as it's all I had). Used Oriental blend as the store didn't have California blend (shouldn't make a diff. - just different veggies). I think it's a GREAT way to liven up frozen veggies - highly recommended, (by me).
