Definately messy but over well turned out well. We used 3 different flavors (cherry, lemon and lime) and mashed them together to make 1 popcorn ball. Big Hit!

I tried this recipe for a class party and it is delicious, but tough to make because the marshmallows are so sticky and the popcorn is big. For popcorn balls it is probably easier to use runnier syrup recipes.

Definitely messy, but like another reviewer said, where buttered non-latex gloves and you're good. My special education students made these for a fundraiser and what a hit!

Just a tidbit for others, I didn't think about till after I did it. Take out the unpopped seeds before pouring on marshmallow topping! Another tip: Just keep your hands wet with a little water it's easier than wearing gloves or spraying your hands with butter. They turned out quite sticky too. Do a spritz of spray butter on the celo-wrap before wrapping, or I would recommend refrigeration before eating. They were GREAT tasting!

Excellent recipe - very easy to do. The fruit gelatin was such a great taste and added fun color to this.

These popcorn balls were very easy, and delicious. My 7 year old son said that they are his favorite treat that I have made. We tried grape jello. YUM!

Was very easy to make. At first I thought it was a little to fruity and I would probably put less jello in it next time but it seemed like the next day the flavor had mellowed a little bit. I think I at most of the batch myself before anyone had a chance. I just soaked my dished for a while and they washed easily and I sprayed my hands with pam so they didn't get sticky when I made the balls. Great recipe
