I thought it was delicious. I did change a few things because I didn't have some of the ingredients. I used cream of broccoli soup instead of celery, added a little onion powder, used american cheese and didn't add the mushrooms. Also cooked the rice separately because my rice never comes out right when I am making a one dish meal like this. Never seems to get done. So, I omitted most of the water the recipe calls for but did add some milk to the soup can. It was great and I will make it again!

fantastic easy recipe that you don't have pay too much attention to. The only rice I had on hand was the boil-in-a-bag precooked rice. I used about a bag and a half and added it with the peas and mushrooms instead. Also, I added some chili powder to give it a little kick. So good!

I make this almost once a week! Instead of the cream soup I use chicken broth. I add mushrooms and sometimes green olives.and omit the cheeese! This is so good!

Good and simple recipe. Made a few changes. Used Jasmine rice, cream of chicken, and 1 cup milk and 1/2 water instead of all water. It was super creamy and super yummy!

I am rating this a four because of how easy and versatile it is. If it weren't for that, it would have been a 3. I added a can of diced potato, some worchestershire, and served it with biscuits.

My family really love this dish. YOu can use cream of mushroom or chicken too. I always use cream of mushroom and the whole lb of sausage. I normally add the peas once the rice is cooked since it doesn't take long for them to get heated through. Also make sure you spray your pan well before cooking, and once simmering rice make sure your heat is on the low end and you stir about every 5 minutes or so, so it won't stick to the pan.

I've been making this recipe for years and my family just loves it! If I don't have smoked kielbasa, I use the Polish kielbasa! Excellent!!

This was very good, but I tweaked it a bit. I sauteed onions and garlic along with the turkey kielbasa separately, then added precooked rice to the mixture and tossed it with about 2 cups of peas, then mixed it with the soup/water mixture before baking it in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350* with the cheese on top. I rarely have luck cooking raw rice in a skillet and have it turn out correctly, so cooking the rice in my rice cooker while I was sauteeing the kielbasa, onions and garlic worked well for me and didn't take any additional time. I also used Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup and we loved the flavor! Definitely a great weeknight meal with ingredients that we usually have in the pantry!

One of our favorite ways to eat kielbasa. My husband loves this dish. I make sure to stir it often so it doesn't stick , and make sure temp is up high enough that rice cooks through. Love it!
