Hubs has asked that I specifically make a point to mention that he generally doesn't like cabbage, but he really liked THIS. Me too! Unfortunately, it seemed to almost curdle a bit once I added the half and half, and it wasn't as pretty to look at once I did. But it sure tasted good! I think next time I'll be sure to use less butter, as I think this may have been the reason for the somewhat curdled appearance. Great accompaniment to our pork roast!
