A chess pie is sort of like a pecan pie - but without the pecans! Great for sugar-holics. 

Pinto Bean Pie II

Pinto beans are the surprise ingredient in this gooey sweet pie that 's like a pecan pie. The beans are combined with chopped nuts, lots of brown and white sugars, eggs and butter. This yummy filling is then poured into an unbaked pie shell and baked until the filling is set and the crust golden. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla yogurt. 

Coconut Macaroon Pie

There are lots of pecans and coconut in this sweet and gooey pie that 's quick to whip up. Butter, sugar, coconut, flour, eggs and water are combined, poured into a pie shell studded with pecans, and baked.

Velvety Walnut Fudge Pie

Rich and delicious, this rich pie is made with evaporated milk, corn syrup, semisweet chocolate, chopped walnuts, egg and a package of chocolate fudge pie filling. Everything is stirred together, poured into a pastry shell and baked until your pie looks like a creamy fudge brownie. 

Eighth Race Pie

This chocolate and pecan pie laced with bourbon is a sure winner. The butter, sugar, egg, nuts, chocolates, bourbon and vanilla are combined in a bowl, poured into an unbaked pie crust and baked.
