Original Recipe Yield 3 and 1/2 cups
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese with smoked salmon in medium mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon into small serving bowl or plate. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon peel, if desired. Chill and serve with Summer Town House® crackers.
